X3Exchange does not charge a fee for uploading new projects or browsing project listings.

If a buyer is procured through the exchange the seller will be invoiced for payment, due within ten (10) days of closing.

• Land or Rooftop Area Opportunities: No fee
• PV Project Rights (non-operational): $0.015 per watt
• Operational PV Systems: $0.02 per watt
